How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
DELIVERY TIME: Delivery time is 2-6 business days. You should contact our customer service If you have not received your order within 6 business days.
DELIVERY METHOD: UPS express. Delivery with UPS to your door or to the closest delivery point.


I have regretted my purchase / want to change a piece of jewellery, how do I proceed?

You have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days from the time you received the goods, provided that you have not used the goods, and that they are returned in original condition and original packaging. Upon return, you are responsible for transport risk and shipping. Upon return, enter the order number and your name. Refunds will be made after we have received your return.

What materials do you use in your jewellery?

All jewellery from Lily and Rose is traditionally handmade. They are made of either plated brass or plated tin and are nickel safe.


How do I take care of my Lily and Rose jewellery in the best way?

– Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft bag to avoid scratches. Keep all jewellery apart when storing.
– Trim your jewellery with a soft cloth to maintain its original shiny finish.
– Avoid wearing your jewellery when applying products (eg. perfume, hair spray, soap or lotion), as this may damage the plating and cause discoloration. Do not use your jewellery in connection with sunbathing and swimming.
– Avoid contact with water as it may cause crystals to come loose.
– Be careful when using your jewellery so they do not get scratched or destroyed in any other way.


Do you sell gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not sell gift cards, but if you buy something on the website, you can return or exchange you items within 14 days. If it is a gift, we can extend the right of exchange. In that case, write a comment on the order.
