In case of complaint / return always state your order number.
There is always a 2-year warranty on the products you buy. If you can show that there are fabrication errors on the product, you will always get new or new parts. However, the warranty does not apply to wear damage.

If you regret your purchase or just want to change, always state your order number.
You have full right of withdrawal for 30 days of purchase, provided you have not used the jewellery and they are returned in original condition and original packaging. Refunds are issued after we receive the return.

Shop with confidence knowing that we offer Free Shipping on all orders and Free Returns within 30 days of purchase. No minimum purchase required.
For returns simply email info@lilyandrose.com your order number and name, and we’ll take care of the rest!

We will email you a label and/or a code. You can either print out the label at home or go to an Evri parcelshop that offers print out service.

Damage to package
If the parcel have been damaged during shipping you must immediately report this to your representative. Do not collect a damaged package! If you don’t detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the shipping company’s handling, contact them and make an injury report.
